I help people who are in pain return to doing the things they love--whether it be being able to play with their grandchildren again, hike up a hill, run a marathon, or complete an extreme expedition.

My goal is to guide you through managing your pain, your healing process, and to offer you positive movement experiences throughout your journey back to health. So that you can move with ease, awareness, and joy today and in the future.

I believe that the most effective path to healing is an integrative approach which combines rehabilitation and wellness. Therefore, I incorporate the teachings of yoga, the principles of pilates, and the practice of physical therapy to provide a unique and holistic approach to healing.
