Dr. Karen Hsu offers integration of yoga practices into physical therapy sessions with clients or can provide private or semi-private in-home yoga sessions for wellness. These yoga sessions are tailored to your needs, whether you are in pain, recovering from pain, or transitioning back to sport. Therapeutic modifications or education about which movements are safe or beneficial to you if you are recovering from an injury can be provided. These sessions include:

  • Building body awareness
  • Building postural awareness
  • Sport specific yoga postures

Her approach to yoga is to bring a gentle awareness to movement through hatha yoga, restorative, and yin style poses.
